For the past week Julia –my wife– and I have decided to do a proper wind down in the evenings.
Every evening at 21:00 we drag each other away from our monitors.
We'll spend the few hours before bed without any electronics. Except for our e-book readers. And a bit of smooth jazz in the background (this Spotify playlist is great)
Julia is currently reading “Number One: How to Become Best in Your Field.” by Igor Mann, a successful marketer.
I am reading “A Brief History of Time: From the Big Bang to Black Holes” by late Stephen Hawkins. Planning on finishing it tonight.
We believe these technology free evenings have done wonders for our quality of sleep. And we will try to continue them as long as we can.
